When I was told about ION Communications, I knew that was exactly what Lupient Automotive Group needed. We are a large organization with locations spread throughout the Metro and outstate areas. Our telecom spans over ten different locations and we desperately needed help to clean it up. Mary Jo DeLise is very knowledgeable and shows her expertise throughout the process. This letter is being sent in sincere appreciation for the exceptional job you did for my company. Starting in March of 2009, we contracted ION to review all our entire tele-communications systems and vendors. Besides verifying our services, rates and contracts, you also were to assist us in evaluating changes in our communications infrastructure that would result in lower cost and improved services. Our current vendor at the time was performing very poorly from an administrative and support standpoint. We also knew that we were paying too much for these services.

After almost six months, working diligently and tirelessly with that vendor, we finally had an accurate picture of the services, costs and also identified several areas with errors in billing. We now knew what we had and how much we were spending!

Together, we then set out to redesign our communications infrastructure to achieve both lower cost and better services for voice, data and Internet.
